Float into Summer Reading Bubble Festival

Join us to explore the Science of Bubbles! We'll create different shapes of bubbles using fun techniques and household items! You'll even get to stand inside of a giant bubble!  
 

In the Air:  Hot Air Ballooning

Saturday, June 15 at 10:00 a.m.

Rum River Library

Learn about various aspects of ballooning, including its historical link to Minnesota and the scientific principles involved. See a demonstration on how the balloon functions. If weather permits, the balloon envelope will be inflated its full height.

Invent a planet and your own aliens. Moon boots and goggles strongly encouraged. For kids entering grades 1-5.
